    30-day Return Period

    If an item is sold from 50stateswireless.com/product/ page is unopened or defective in any way, we’ll happily exchange it  within 30 days of the delivery dated. 50Stateswireless.com will do refunds on refurbished or certified preowned smartphones , tablets or laptops we offer exchanges also with in 30 days. Return Policy: Requires items to be in original, mint condition with all packaging and accessories for returns. Devices must not be activated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Your last day to return the item is officially calculated from the date you receive your product.

    If the item is opened, a 6.98% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (some states excluded) The restocking fee will be taxed in select states, refunds can take up to 7 business days. *Please note: If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, you’ll be notified and a full refund will be processed within 2 business days.

    New condition a must

    Items need to be returned in  like new condition. Items that are damaged, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a refund.

    Damaged, defective or incorrect items

    If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period.

    Lacking proof of purchase

    Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may require an email address, may be denied or limited, and state sales taxes and fees will not be reimbursed.
